AVOID! The doctor is good, but there are other good ones that do not keep horrible office staff (the office manager, in particular.)"

I’ve never had a painless shot, but I did with her. I have always been able to see her in a timely manner, even on short notice, and she and her assistant, Nancy, are delightful to interact with.
