Methodist South Hospital

"Most of the ER staff was friendly. Not the case in ICU. Docs and nurses in ICU have horrible bedsides manners and most have a frown and seem like they hate their jobs and are unhappy in life. They do not listen to concerns, they talk over you, they're rude and have attitudes. Horrible for an ICU ward!!! Families are going through enough, so to have to deal with disgruntled staff daily on top of that is unacceptable. They also seemed quite incompetent and unknowledgeable. Nobody offered accomodations for family to stay. Never offered a drink or pointed to the cafeteria. Probably the worst hospital we have visited and that list of hospitals is quite long due to a disability...."

"This is by far the worse hospital to ever go. Here it is I’m still sitting in the lobby 7 and a half hours later. Came in for chest pains and numbness in my left arm. I promise this will be my last time coming to this place. I would rather take my chances and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t give a care what I’m going through. Apparently they will leave you for dead. Take y’all chances else where people."

"I arrive at 1:30 am after I slip and hurt my hand, no body at front desk until 2 am, in order to hook me they did extremely fast my vitals and x ray, but guess what? I wait for 7 hours to pass from waiting room A, to waiting room B, another seat, no dr show up until 11:30 am… 10 HOURS LATER, and arrogant Dr. show up and did the same question to all patients next to me, showing a lack of know history o reason of each patient visit. Regarding installations were not clean, cafeteria not good, THE ONLY people who deserve 5 starts are nurses and technicians"

"Worst experience ever I have never been to a hospital where I have waited 6 hours just for test results and a room. And I’m still here with no results or a room waiting in the waiting room still. The urgency for patient care sucks people have been waiting longer than me and literally are being forced to leave with no patient care or help because Methodist South is taking hours just to get a patient in the back and seen fully. They send us back out to the waiting area to wait more hours for nothing. I thought hospitals were supposed to have you in and out not suffering for more hours after u arrive because of the hours wait. This needs to be addressed asap ."

"Horrible been here almost 4 hours with a kidney stone and still waiting to be seen in horrible pain! Take your Love One somewhere where they care! While Me and other people are suffering they are taking selfies with the helicopter that land!"
