"I needed medical records from 1997, from Methodist University Hospital, for my own memory's sake. An HCW, not affiliated with MUH, put in my records, in 02/24, that I was a "poor historian", about my medical journey, he did not tell me while I was in the exam office with him, but he did record it in my chart. That stressed me out, I almost changed to another doctor, but why, all of them are in the same group, plus I do my best to have a good patient-doctor relationship. Another doctor, same specialty, maybe even same group, (I did not ask), in 2016, had scheduled me for the same procedure, (that I am visiting the new doctor for) but was not able to do complete it, that is what he told me, that is what I told the new doctor, he looked it up on that doctor portal (?) and saw that I did give him the right answer, I answered the questions with what the other doctor told me in 2016. I did not speak about other medical issues, only his specialty. I am not responsible for what nurses write for doctors to see when they come into the exam room. MH made the task of receiving my medical record's so easy, I almost cried. I am 66yrs. I know that I will need some more treatment for the same medical reason that I was admitted to MH in the late 1990's. That is the only reason that I wanted my records, to look them over and make sure I tell my next new doctor everything, or they can request them their self. I basically only had to remember the time frame of my treatments for my records at MUH, but I also remember the professional care and treatment that I received. "I attempted to see my family member at 9:45pm to be told visiting hours are until 8pm. This is a hospital and I should be able to see my family member when I feel like it. These hours do not accommodate my working hours!!! Anything could happen and I’m restricted from my folks. This needs to be changed immediately."

"I absolutely love this place .. my daughter is currently at the Methodist University Hospital at the moment.. the doctors ..the nursing staff the respiratory therapy staff .. the physical therapist ..everyone has really been so sweet going above and beyond doing their job to the best of their ability .. since the first day she made it there ..they treat her like she’s their child .. I feel so comfortable leaving her with them going back in forward to work .. these people were definitely put here for a reason it’s like they were sent by God for me ..because I asked God to send my daughters somewhere that they would take good care of her and I wouldn’t have to worry.. keep up the Good work methodist University, you guys are changing lives .. "Mother in law had a stroke on 12/30/23 Everyone in the ER department is very nice and helpful. The nurses have explained everything that has been going on in layman’s terms so I can understand. The Doctors have been top notch also. If I ever have a stroke I hope I get brought to this place"

"Have birth here in 2021. Staff were kind. Doctored were kind made me feel comfortable. Never had to wait long for anything I needed or requested. Needing sons blood type as it wasn’t in any discharge paper work. Medical record request is SUPER easy to use. Medical records staff are so kind (Gwen was the sweetest)."
