"I bet you can sleep on this one! I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. The sales person's name was Rudy and he was Awsome. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he truly took the time to hear what my needs were. Once I explained my needs, he provided me with options. It was never about the upsale. We had a great conversation and thats when he gave me a brief history lesson on purchasing mattresses. Bottom line, it's better to purchase a mattress from a matress store and not a furniture store. Just call Rusty and he will break it down for ya. Also, if you want to support a family owned business (local), Mattress Express is the go to place.
