Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he truly took the time to hear what my needs were. Once I explained my needs, he provided me with options. It was never about the upsale. We had a great conversation and thats when he gave me a brief history lesson on purchasing mattresses. Bottom line, it's better to purchase a mattress from a matress store and not a furniture store.
