"The ez-hang was purchased as a gift. The chair was kept inside in the winter. After 2 seasons it is highly faded. Additionally, the wood was not properly sealed by the company and is now discolored due to water damage. I have followed up with the company for five months regarding these problems with no sufficient reply. I strongly caution anyone from doing business with them."
