"As a delivery drive I must say that the guy in the warehouse is an absolute prick!!! Shouts at drivers only because he’s not capable of unloading double stacked pallets…Load of 2600 lbs on 6 pallets is tooooo heavy for him to unload….avoid if possible."

"The worst customer service ever! The rep does not respond to phone calls at all! ~ and does not respond to email quickly either. Waiting on a quote takes a VERY long time and delivery of the products takes several weeks and sometimes a month. Unless you're ordering $10,000 or more they really don't want to bother with you. I would recommend you buy your Steelcase furniture anywhere but here!"
