"Dr. Ban and her team have taken care of me and my teeth for almost 15 years now! When I was younger and broke two of my teeth, Dr. Ban saw me immediately and placed implants that have lasted me for over a decade and look just like my original teeth. Her team has always been kind and makes it a painless experience to have procedures as well as regular cleanings. Not only is she the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever known (and my favorite, too!), but she is also a very warm and caring person. I always look forward to dental appointments because I get to catch up with her. Who can say that? Looking forward to dental appointments! All the hygienists who work in her office have cleaned my teeth without causing much pain. They always adopt the latest technologies. Because I have receding gums and bone loss, I tend to get deep cleaning more often than other people; and very recently, I found that they switched to a new and powerful topical anesthetic that doesn’t require them to inject me with needles to numb my gums. Yay!! This is just one of many examples where Dr. Ban’s office is always looking to improve the health and customer experience of her patients. I couldn’t recommend her more!"

"The best way to describe this place is warm , friendly and professional. From the time you enter you are greeted by name in a warm professional manor which is important since most can be on edge visiting the dentist. You are seated rather quickly and attended to by one of the terrific assistants who keep you informed of what the procedure you in for consists of, I wouldn’t be surprised if in a few years the assistants have their own practice as future dentist. Dr Ban and the hygienist are in my opinion the best in their fields with the knowledge and skills they demonstrate. I moved further away from their office a couple of years ago and while there are closer dentist I prefer to drive 45 minutes for the professionalism and friendliness Dr Ban and the entire team provide."
