I went to Happy Salon in Redwood City,and Bingo!! I found the one stylist,Lynne,who had the expertise to recreate it from a photo. There is another stylist whose name is Tune. The stylist was not chatty at all which is fine, but she didn't ask any follow-up questions at the end of the haircut about the length or check in to see if I was happy with it. It was a decent price for a women's haircut around here - $35 - so I may be back, but it definitely wasn't a perfect experience."
