Always let your nail salonist know what you want, your vision and they will do the best to get you what want. Super creative and the cheapest in the bay area by far. Bill was $70. Remember to tip!"

"I have an awesome experience words can’t even express how happy I am every time I go to luxury nails everybody there is pleasant I have been going through oanh amazing Care she does for me sometimes I have no idea what I wanna do and she has all the perfect ideas there is she gets to know each person individually knows they’re likes everything has been on point and I have been going for years satisfied 100 and then some she puts a lot of effort into what she does. She also does my eyebrows and pedicures very on point very happy with her. Just got my 49er nails done today. Love it love it. Love it."

"I booked my 2 January appointments with Bo (not sure how he spells it) on December 19th. I was standing in front of him and watched him write down my appointments. I went in on January 9th AND no said anything about a "Mix Up" with my January 30th appointment. I get a call yesterday from Bo saying that there's a "Mix Up with my appointment and that I need to come in later OR on another day. What? He never said anything to me when I was there on January 9th! I can ONLY do Tuesday appointments because of my work schedule. Everyone thinks this is Real Shady and that they are probably trying to squeeze some else in. Not my problem. Not Professional At All! I've always shown up to my appointments (I've had 3 with Oanh) early(always have to wait never run on time), tipped generously, enjoyed talking with the other nail techs and customers and I've always been smiley and friendly. No one has ever said anything.(including Bo?) Never had a problem OR issue until now. So, apparently Scheduled Appointments don't mean anything here. I was lectured on my first appointment the importance of Canceling in advance as much as possible because they loose money for no shows. I've Never done that. I guess I will try some other nail salons in the area that are Clean, more Reasonable AND Appreciate paying Customers that have Scheduled Appointments. Extremely Dissatisfied. Not Happy with the treatment."

"This place is getting worse and worse , everytime I go there I ask for a different person to do my nails because the previous one was so bad then this one would be even worse. So disappointed, I went for a regular manicure and they kept telling me to do gel manicure and I was treated bad because I kept refusing and they offer water or coffe but because I wanted regular they didn’t. In our locality, nail salons abound, with one practically every half a mile on both sides of the streets. It's a fiercely competitive area. However, having explored numerous alternatives in the vicinity, I continue to choose Luxury Nails Spa due to its commitment to cleanliness, top-notch professionalism, and overall quality of their work. Unlike some of the other mentioned reviews, I’ve never had a problem and I take my family there too. The ambiance is inviting, relaxed, and friendly. Moreover, there's an absence of the typical nail salon odors, creating a genuinely comfortable and health-conscious atmosphere during your visit. The owners clearly invested in a good air circulation system. And I personally appreciate not inhaling toxicity like some of the other stuffy salons. They do good work and their prices are quite competitive and some services are more affordable than other places."
