"All the staff were great and quick to act. The nurses, the aides and the doctor were all amazing and caring. Due to the doctor listing to me and being thorough I was diagnosed and then transferred to the main hospital to be admitted for surgery."

"I was seen for a cough I have had for 2 weeks, would have went to my primary but she has no appointments until mid January. The front desk male was excellent, the nurses great, however I can't say the same for doctor Brown Robertson Jr.,MD, He never touched me... didn't check ears, throat, didn't listen to my breathing. Once the flu and Covid test came back negative he stood in the doorway to let me know this and said he would give me prescriptions to relieve the cough and Tylenol for pain. I told him I had strep in November, he said the meds should still be in my system, no throat culture. Had it been later in the day versus 5 in the morning, I would have went to REDMED, they would have at least done more than what he did. I can only hope the z-pac helps. I can't say I won't go there again but if he is the physician on duty, I am walking right out the door."

"Unprofessional as ever!!! They lie to your face about sending results to your doctor and about when you will get your results. The heavy set brown haired ultrasound tech said we’d have results back in 24 hours or less a week later still no results but was told twice they were sent to my doctors and then they called the next day saying they just sent them and they never said that. Amy the lead called me a liar 3 times about different stuff that was said to me meanwhile my child is still in pain and we have no results. She even laughed and told me i could google the corporate office number since i told her she could google the referring doctors number that requested the ultrasound and their number should be on the request. Why do i need to look it up for them when they can do the same as what i would have to do for them"

"Visited the ER for pain from my tonsillectomy surgery I had this past Friday. I told them that my pain has been unbearable and the only thing I was prescribed was ibuprofen and Tylenol by the surgeon. My quality of day to day life being a mother of 2 with a job has been affected greatly by the pain. I can’t eat, drink, or sleep and it hurts deep into my ears. I needed relief. The only thing they did was take some bloodwork, put me through a CT scan, and then told me nothing was wrong here’s some iv medicine, go buy some Chloraseptic for your throat…. I wasn’t expecting to be prescribed heavy narcotics….but I at least was expecting to be helped in some way with my pain for the days leading to my full recovery. Here it is day 2 after the hospital visit and I’m still in agony. I lost 10 pounds in 4 days from not being able to swallow comfortably."
