"I normally do not write bad reviews, unless they have really really earned it. I actually have gotten pretty decent service very nice ladies at the front. I did not appreciate the pressure they put on me for paying everything upfront. I had two teeth extracted and they were supposed to do some work after that they did nothing but extract put gauze and send me on my way. I paid for the extractions. I paid for couple other things that weren’t even done. Like the so called irrigation to prevent infection which they insisted I needed so we would not get infected. they went ahead and charged me the extractions + 500+ $300 extra which they so kindly waived the $300 I wonder why because they didn’t do it and then the $500 for the irrigation to prevent infection wasn’t done either and I have asked for that to be reimbursed since there were 3 witnesses there that it was not done. Hence why I got infected after and an appointment for antibiotics was another five days away. They did not take any urgency in the fact that my face was swollen and in a lot of pain, I took antibiotics on my own at home to relieve the pain and infection until I got there on Tuesday and they didn’t even know why I was there for my appointment being that it had healed up already and I’m sure I’m gonna get charged for that appointment as well. I still have not heard back about the irrigation that was not done and my payment in return. I definitely will be filing with the board on this because this is not right. Also set a demand in for payments, giving them one last chance to reimburse me or I will take them to small Plains Court and ask for more than what they gave me for all the inconvenience and the pain and the infection that they caused. Oh did I mention that because I had to do a last-minute cancellation they charged me $100 for that. Then on Friday they did a last-minute cancellation on me and did I get a credit or did I get to charge them for $100? AnyWho, I’m at a point where I have to contact my insurance and find out exactly what they charge them to see if even though services were done or not or if they were ripping my insurance off as well because at this moment I feel ripped off"

"Everyone I've encountered at Accu Dental Saratoga, from Linh at the front desk to Dr. Lily Patil with the drill (and apologies to other staff who's names I've not mentioned), has been incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled. This is some of the most thorough dentistry I've encountered, and even a basic cleaning has me confident that this is the best cleaning I've had. More to the point, I had some moderately complex dental work, with two crowns and two fillings, and Accu Dental handled everything incredibly quickly, including two extra appointments when I broke my temporary crown--expected since they're fragile acrylic, and a second appointment to adjust my bite, since it's hard to get right when your jaw is numb and you've had your mouth open for a file. I'm happy to be a patient here."

"A few concerns on my visit here. They should definitely have people with more confidence doing the X-ray exams I understand people need training but on the receiving side you do not want someone working on your mouth that you clearly see is skipping/ forgetting steps. They were emailed my exams and I also emailed it to them to the day of my appointment as at sat in there office all for them to say the format they received them was wrong and they need there own…. How convenient & that cost $150 I make an appointment and they call me a few hours after to tell me that the appointment time they gave me doesn’t work for them…lol"
