"Building is a strange mix of updated and outdated. You can tell they cater to business clients, conference areas are very nice but the pool looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 80s. Fitness center was surprisingly well equipped. Rooms are very modern, beds are comfortable and the TV is huge which is a plus for me. Downside to the rooms is the doors aren’t sealed (light comes through on all sides, can clearly hear anything in the hallway) and the walls are paper. I was lucky enough to be next door to someone with what sounded like a baby and a few toddlers. The bathroom in my room was very cramped. Location is good, walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and venues. Front desk, room service, and cleaning staff were all very kind and accommodating. I did have a negative experience with breakfast. The man at the front, who I am assuming was a manager due to the white shirt, was extremely rude. I believe we were profiled as my girlfriend and I are younger (25) and admittedly looked a bit rough following a night out. When we asked the difference between dining options (2 buffets and full service) he acted like he’d never seen the menu before. We opted to order from the menu rather than eat the buffet. My order came out completely wrong. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which comes with meat, egg, and cheese with a side of potatoes. Mine came out with meat, lettuce, and tomato, no cheese, and no potatoes. I sent it back and the server spoke to the manager, who looked over at us like we had done something wrong. He did not apologize for the mistake or attempt to step in any way. After receiving the correct order (they added cheese and reheated it, and left the lettuce and tomato I had picked off on the plate) we watched the manager check in with every table but ours multiple times. When he finally came to our table near the end of our meal he asked if I “got my cheese” then laughed and walked off."
"Location was good and stuffs were friendly. However , when I booked I choose a room with breakfast but there were two adults and three kids in room they told me at check in I have to pay for kids breakfast. They should be included kids breakfast and they charged cereal for $8 while we eat buffet. Bathroom was so tiny in the room. I also found leftover soap and soap in the sink. Room feels so small compare to where I stay in hotel I requested a crib and the crib was quiet a big size only the place I was able to put was next to air conditioner and air was blowing to the bed so my baby couldn’t be in crib I had to cosleep with baby. I liked the access to garage parking which we paid $15 per night and indoor pool was nice."
"Decided to stay here overnight to break up the trip. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Bartender Wesley did a great job and made me an awesome new martini since there wasn't one on the menu. Very personable and kind and professional. Rooms very comfy and clean. First room did smell like smoke so we had to move but staff were helpful and apologetic. Tip- Add on breakfast buffet - can't beat $14 a room! It had so much food and was actually all fresh and delicious."
"Room was nice, clean, shower was enjoyable. Doors and walls a little thin, was very loud at night heard all our neighbors. Pool was nice and warm and not busy, staff was very friendly. Breakfast which was extra $ was very good. Price for room was quite a lot for what you get and have to pay extra for parking, definitely should be included. Room service was pricey, but had a good menu."
