"I have been really happy with an office chair I bought here 19 years ago. Recently a plastic piece of the leg base broke. It turned out that the lifetime warranty really is a lifetime warranty. The wheel base was replaced at no charge and with no hassle. They even had a record from when I bought the chair so they knew which model it was. All they wanted was a photo of the broken piece so they could be sure what to order."
