"I am not happy with my experience at Bliss. I purchased a swivel chair on January 22 and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to make and be delivered. It has now been almost 5 weeks and I have heard nothing. I tried to call the store today 3 times. The first time I left a voicemail. But the other two times (a few hours apart) I connected with someone and both times they took down my information so my salesperson could call me back and I never received any call. I want to know what happened with the furniture I purchased as I have heard nothing. No communication…"

"I'm not a fan of shopping in any sort but must say I love this store! The products are high end, unique, luxurious, and there's tons of inventory. It's located in the Melrose area close to 12 South with plenty of parking. I've been looking to add a couple overflow chairs to my living room and think I've found them thanks to Anya a super knowledgeable sales rep there. She quickly grasped the idea of what I was looking for and showed me some great options. I haven't purchase yet but have some great ideas now of what I want now. Thanks for your help. "I loved my Bliss Home experience! Recently moved to the Nashville area and was looking for some occasional chairs for my front room. Anya showed me the way! Once I had decided on some chairs, she went above and beyond, finding just the right pillows that would coordinate with my wall color, as well as a beautiful rug and accent table. Anya spent a lot of time with me to get everything just right, eyeing every single rug sample. She has an impeccable eye for design. My furniture arrived today and I am thrilled! "Since purchasing my home, approximately 4 years ago, I have frequented Bliss Home, for furniture and decor items. Overall, my experiences have been positive. This review relates to my most recent experience, using Bliss to redecorate the loft. The process which began in August, had not been smooth. Delivery commitments have not been met and no accommodations were offered. When the custom countertop stools I ordered finally arrived, after 3 months, I was extremely disappointed to discover one stool in the pair was poorly manufactured, in that the base to the stool was installed wrong. Even more disappointing is the lack of a response to my multiple requests to remedy the matter."
