"Long day of travel. Rain had just restarted. Booked a room in transit. Check in was quickly completed so that I could get elderly family member and my dog to room. Was able to get requested room close to elevator."

"I really struggled to give this hotel a full five star review, but I will get to that later. We arrived late last night in the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. The updated rooms are beautiful and the bed and pillows comfortable. The free hot continental breakfast was outstanding with options like sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, and even blueberry waffles. We stayed in room 123 just down the hall from the reception area so now for the not so fun part. Like I said, we got in very late last night and at 6:20 AM. Hotels staff were discussing their day outside of our room, and about an hour later, we heard clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk Only to find out that we were two doors down from housekeeping and the laundry room. Needless to say we did not get nearly enough sleep after a 13 Hour drive to look forward to another 8 Hour drive. Still, despite the sleep deprivation, I felt that this hotel deserved at least 4 1/2 stars"

"If you are staying in the Powell area, definitely stay at the Comfort Inn. It has recently been remodeled and is beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The lobby and dining areas are beautiful. Joseph at the front desk went out of his way to make sure that my mother had a wonderful stay and is the friendliest guy. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and do a good job."

"The rooms were freshly renovated and looked great! One of the best Comfort Inns I have stayed at. The up-lighting built into the headboard during the renovation was a nice touch to keep glare off the TV. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was easy to access. I arrived around midnight and the agent working behind the desk already had my keys ready to go, which made for a much appreciated speedy check in since it was so late. For the price, this hotel is a great value. The breakfast offered includes sausage gravy for the biscuits, which is a nice touch and something I have not seen in other Comfort Inns I have stayed at (at least compared to Texas, Florida, California, Virginia, and Arkansas). I would be happy to stay here again. I was traveling with a cat and the room was cat friendly. There were not any spaces where my cat was able to get stuck."
