"If I could I would put a -0 Absolutely disgusting was not even there 10 minutes and had a headache from the strong smoke musty smell. There was dead baby bugs on the bed trash under the table, look like mold in the air condition and fools looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in years! Photos below Elizabeth Front office lady was very disrespectful and rude when I went to tell her about our room and asked for a refund because we were not staying there"

"If I could go lower at this point I would , Normally I would say yeah this place is great but after this last visit it very well may be my last visit at this place. Power went out at 10 pm with my wife and 6 month old son , no one on site to give any updates or anything so I was told by Wyndham they would refund me and I could leave and so we did and paid for another place . Well days in told me no and refuses to refund me for the first day I was there , to there credit they offered the second night but this is theft in my opinion we were there for maybe 5 hours since check in but we were over at our families home and not even there . Would be careful with this on"

"Stayed there 5 nights and the rooms are clean,upto date on commadations, friendly and helpful front desk clerk and the continental breakfast is excellent."

"Heater didn’t work. Stool flooded. Room was fairly clean but halls, elevators, etc were not. Looked like it hadn’t been maintained well for a while. Expected much better for $250."

"We came from fl for my sister's wedding. I brought my 2 handicap parents. At 1st after a long horrible trip we got here and someone spelled the name wrong so our reservation wasn't found. We were placed in a room that I had to go through a 3rd party to get. The next morning went to the front desk and met Ms. Cindy. She was so absolutely amazing!!! Found our names, got us into the handicap room my mother had reserved originally. The next 3 days were awesome! They are upgrading the hotel....and that takes time so I have to say please be patient. She did everything she could to accomodate us! I will definitely be back as long as she is here!! As a business owner myself, Good customer service is so hard to find these days! I definitely recommend staying here! We will definitely come back!"
