He was friendly, had a positive attitude and kept me in the loop on what the status of my car was at all times. When I asked him about the recalls, he very professionally and patiently explained what they were and how I can get them completed. When I need to have my car serviced again, Zachariah is the person I will be asking for."

"We left our Honda at 7 am for an Oil change. We received one text from the person who was assisting us, but never heard back all day. We sent a follow up text and nothing. We went to the dealership at 5:30pm to ask about the status of the car and Zachariah assisted us. He apologized for the lack of communication, and without even being asked, he got approval from his manager and said the oil change was on the house. Thank you Zachariah for making this right!! "The service here was great and they went out of there way to make sure the car was fully repaired to the highest standard. A refreshing take on service that I'm not accustomed to. They made a body repair and called me right away apologizing that it would take longer as the repaired bumper didn't look good in the managers eye so they fully replaced it and painted it. It may have been slightly inconvenient but definitely worth the extra few days because now it looks flawless. Thank you to the entire service team and body shop for doing the right thing for new and customer."
