"In light of the less than flattering reviews, I felt compelled to leave my review of my visit. I had an office visit there today for a severe infection. Holly began my visit very professionally taking my medical information, taking measurements, and taking my history. When she was finished, she told me the name of the Nurse Practioner who would be treating me and what the process would be. Emily was my nurse practioner. I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, professional provider. She explained what she was going to do, what next steps would be, and made sure she answered any question I had. Emily had an assistant, I apologize for not remembering her name, who worked wonderfully with Emily as a team. She anticipated Emily’s instrument needs and was prepared with any necessary instrument. The next person was in charge of wrapping. Again, apologies for lack of name. She had the daunting task of deciding how best to wrap my wound. She decided on a plan, had all her necessary supplies, and again answered any of my questions regarding home care. All in all this was a comprehensive, thorough, professional visit. I have a follow up visit next week and fully expect the same type of visit. I could not have been more pleased with my care."
"Every appt my dad has had with them they have to reschedule. We have made our appt why cant they"
"While I understand that a Doctor is a business, my friend went here in desperate need to have diabetic ulcers looked at, and was turned down for any sort of payment plan. He was told that the care was "elective", and as such the center was not required or inclined to help him with a payment schedule. When the GP doc sends you to a clinic because your wounds may end up in amputation or death, choosing to call the condition elective is a staggeringly liberal interpretation of the word. We are still seeking to get him into Tenncare or another insurance plan, but in the meantime his wounds continue to rot and his pain increases. I would give them 1 star, but they did get him an appointment quickly, although it amounted to nothing."
"5 months ago I gave this place five stars because I honestly thought that they had moms best interest in mind. A month ago mom returned from her appointment disconnected from her wound vac. The doctor mislead me in believing that this was done because of misinformation that was given by moms care giver. The way it was done was unprofessional and simply down right wrong. There was no communicating to moms home health care of why she stopped the use of the wound vac. Furthermore, the unrealistic expectations she placed on them, knowing that they would not be able to fulfill what was needed to get a handle on moms wound. YET. she sat on the phone and l8ed to me claiming that it was a temporary thing, all while telling the care giver that the wound vac needs to be sent back to the company because she had discontinued moms use. When does a doctor share medical information with a caregiver without consulting the POA? Later, I found out from the caregiver that the doctor would be angry when mom comes in because she felt that mom should be on hospice. I believe that disconnected use to try to force me to put her on hospice. What I've learned from this experience is that even in the Healthcare there are bias people that are making life changing decision based on their own beliefs. TENNESSEE has taught me valuable lessons."
"The doctors and staff here are wonderful! They really care and also are experienced in dealing with all kind of wounds. I had a severe wound from sitting in my wheel and they did what needed to be done to get it healed up."
