"My friends mom had a long wait to have a surgery in Nashville. As always ,you can't eat after 4 pm the day before and no food the day of the surgery . He had a hard time setting up the surgery and finally, the day was set. He ,the afternoon before surgery reminded them again, before leaving his 80 mile round trip to not give her food and they said they knew and it was on her chart. He arrived early to meet the transportation company and see his mom and was greeted with. " Your mom had a lovely breakfast this morning" He of course is furious ! They said "We are so sorry we forgot". His mother has short time loss of memory and couldn't be responsible for telling the staff that she was not to eat.. If this facility is that badly managed ,I wanted to share so the public would be warned"

"This place is very bias and don’t follow court orders apparently because they are privately owned..They will tell you they have your loved ones scheduled for a dentist appointment yet have techs that are not certified playing every role without the pay! (overheard that comment by a tech working there) patients will not get any physical therapy due to not having enough staff to cover the amount of patients. Patients will have on the same clothes for three days in a row unless asked or you clean and change your loved ones yourself! Meals are prepared by teenaged volunteers and sometimes running behind scheduled time to be served! Really do your research before placing your loved ones in this facility! Not saying it is the entire staff because some of the techs and nurses are very nice and compassionate!"

"UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND CERY JUDGEMENTAL My mother was sent here after her hip replacement, the care was not at all What she wanted or needed. The med administration is just a MESS and the nurses don’t care. There was one nice kitchen staff girl and the food was decent. but I haven’t seen her in a while."

"My mother was here for rehab after back surgery and had a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and willing to help do whatever is necessary to help my mother feel comfortable during her recovery and through therapy. The negative review about communication I feel is a challenge no matter what secondary facility you are living in and not necessarily specific to this facility - that has not been our experience. All medications and directions from my mother's doctors have been ordered and they are given on time or as closely to on-time as possible. It did take a couple of days to get all of my mother's medications in their system, ordered, and given to her - again, I think this is a challenge at all care facilities. We (my mother and our entire family) have been more than pleased with the level of care my mother has received here."

Not only do they have exceptional medical staff and equipment but they have caring staff that truly impact your loved ones lives. These caregivers go the extra mile and build bonds with patients.
