"My PCP works out of this group in White House Tennessee. Since moving to this group the experience has not been extraordinary, but yesterday was the final straw. I became ill over the weekend and called the office Monday morning to inquire on the current protocol for wearing a mask when displaying any cold or flu like symptoms. I had already tested negative over the weekend for Covid. I had planned to visit the urgent care center. When I called, I was told my PCP had an opening at 2:15 pm if I would like to see him instead. I had not seen him but once and thought it would be better in this instance to see him. I was given the appointment. Upon arrival I was told that I did not have an appointment. After further review they told the appointment had been given to someone else and that I could go to the urgent card center. I was feeling very poorly and told the receptionist that this was unacceptable and I had waited all day to see someone already. She said she would go ask the doctor if he could work me in and they did. In 5 minutes a nurse came out and got me. She seemed to have an attitude. She took me to the exam room. She very tersely asked my symptoms. She then took my vitals and said the doctor would be in shortly. She did not administer a Covid test or Flu test. She did not even take my temperature. It was only a couple of minutes and the doctor came in and had an attitude it seemed to me. He came over listened to my lungs and asked about sinus area sensitive and that was it. He then said he writing a prescription, verified my pharmacy and that was it. It seemed as I had created an inconvenience due to the fact that the staff made an error in scheduling. When someone doesn't feel well to begin with, this is not the kind of care one would expect and definitely not deserve. I will be addressing other concerns directly with administration in regards to my entire experience since moving to this group. My wife and I will be on the search for a new PCP. No one deserves this kind of treatment."

"Yesterday was my first appointment and I was very impressed with the staff. From the front office to the back they were welcoming and professional. Lynne Medley is absolutely fantastic! I have somewhat of a complicated mix of autoimmunes and she took the time to answer my questions and concerns. She made me feel so comfortable and heard. Outstanding office in every way. I highly recommend this practice."

The staff was very helpful and attentive, Dr Steele listened intently to her needs and history.
