"I get that stores are closed for inclement weather, but it's so easy to improve customer experience by updating your owned media channels. You can edit your store opening hours so easily on Google Business Profile. You can also record a message on your phone - archaic in this day and age but very effective for those who call and frustratingly just hear it ring repeatedly. You could even set a pop up on your website based on a user's location. Please invest in a little bit of training and operations to improve the customer journey. Giving you 5 stars still because despite this real annoyance, I like your stores otherwise."

They shouldn’t have an online booking system if it can’t accurately book appointments.I won’t be back in PetSense and it’ll be a while before I go to Tractor Supply, their parent company."
