"Where do I begin with how much I love Nelson’s? I hosted my wedding here in February 24, and I was blown away by the quality of the bar, food, service, and the facility itself. Philip Heil is an excellent event manager and was extremely professional, communicative, and kind. The entire team at Nelson’s treated us with such exceptional hospitality - we didn’t encounter an unkind person in the building. I couldn’t more highly recommend Nelson’s for their food, their whiskey, event packages, and just a good time."

"The new distillery space was clean, open and inviting, the food was phenomenal, the cocktails were fabulous, and the staff were warm and friendly. We went for brunch and there were so many creative takes on southern classics. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted, so the lovely manager herself suggested the croque madame; she was not wrong- it was the best I’d ever had and I could eat that breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great experience, definitely coming back and bringing friends from out of town when they visit Nashville."

How natural is it that six years later we're married and decided to stop at a whiskey distillery in Tennessee, right? Well, my husband didn't choose just any distillery, but the oldest and most authentic one. "Okay so this was my first time at this distillery and it did not disappoint! Definitely come here and take the tour it is well worth it and very educational. Plus you get some really good whiskey samples at the end. The tour guide was super funny and very informative. Lots of cool things in the gift shop. The best part about this tour for me was that I actually learned the right way to sample whiskey. Awesome place and company will definitely be back and definitely be buying their products."
