"Still waiting for someone to call me back. All I ever get from billing dept is an answering machine. They didn't bill the insurance and sent a bill to me."

"They failed to bill Medicare 4 times over the course of 2 years $850 for a procedure that was prescribed by my doctor, then sent me a bill for $4,400, the non-negotiated rate and demanded payment within a month of me even hearing about it or it'd be sent to collections. Further, I caught their billing department lying on a recorded call. They claimed they actually billed Medicare the same amount as they want from me, $4,400. When pressed to go over the details, they walked back the lie and admitted if they don't get $850 from Medicare, they want $4,400 from me or it's going to collections. I told them a Medicare appeal is in progress; let's wait for the result. "We don't hold accounts for any reason." This provider is a case study in the abject failure of the current medical billing system and its current 1-star rating is far too generous for such a shady operation."

"One star is one too many! Sent three small invoices to collections even though I have payment arrangements in place and my card on file. Better to do business with a more reputable company without the shady billing practices!"

"Never received a bill and it went to collections. I called to speak to them, they said they sent 3 statements out and called once before sending it to collections. I work in billing and this is unacceptable. I told her I never received it and she said "well I can't help the mail did not make it to you, it is still your responsibility." How am I supposed to know I have that responsibility if I never received a bill??? If I could give this negative stars I would. Very rude and poor customer service."

"Sent me bills that should have been sent to my insurance company. When I called they told me that it was a mistake, that they were waiting for info from UTMC on the charges??? They should work this issue out with UTMC. DON'T send me the bill. So if they mail you an invoice with an amount due first check with your insurance company or call them before blindly paying it."
