"The late night front desk person is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not help with a simple issue in the room. If you want ghetto customer service you've found your place. Needed a quick comfortable crash pad before a flight, would not return here. Poor quality windows made for lots and lots of plane noise. After reading other reviews about the staff I see my experience not unique. Too bad the hotel doesn't seem to take any pride in their product."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and it has always been a pleasant stay. My most recent stay, however, blew me away! Ms Brook (the young lady who works the night shift) was absolutely wonderful!!! She was so an absolute Angel and a breath of fresh air after dealing with flight delays and cancelations. She ensured that I was well taken care of and she made sure that breakfast was out first thing in the morning despite all the chaos going. This will always be my number one choice when visiting Nashville. Also, please be kind to the hotel staff (especially my guardian Angel!) they endure a lot to ensure the comfort of the guests. I watched Ms. Brooks answer the phone, attend to guest, help families with small kids to their rooms, and make a phone call to a nearby restaurant to stay open late incase any of her incoming guest were still hungry upon arrival. The housekeeping staff worked double and triple shifts to accommodate for a sold out hotel. Despite all that was happening they were kind, helpful, and respectful. Make sure you offer them the same kindness each and every visit."

"Great hotel, great breakfast with scrambled eggs and waffles. Good location as well. The only negative thing I can say about the room is that there's only one plug and one side of the bed. So my side doesn't have a plug to for my phone my wife sides has a plug. There are other plugins a little further away from the bed just to be fair"

"The hotel of itself is very nicely maintained, but what made it absolutely a great stay was the beautiful lady that worked night shift! She had our key ready, gave us recommendations for some area delicious meals and held such an enjoyable conversation. Thanks for making our stay exceed our expectations."
