Bluegreen Downtown Nashville

"We stayed at the Nashville Bluegreen hotel Dec. 18-22. It was our first time in Nashville. We found this hotel to be in a perfect location. Printer’s Ally is right around the corner and is only 3 blocks to Broadway. As mentioned in previous reviews this is truly a hotel room. We found the room to be comfortable and it had a kureg coffee maker and a small refrigerator. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We liked that it was an easy walk through our hotel interior to go next door to the Countrypolitan for drinks and dinner. It’s great to have this new option right in the heart of Nashville."

"Toilet runs. Coffee maker leaks. Rooms are TINY. The resort made aid take with my reservation and was telling I had to pay for another room at another nearby hotel. Eventually they realized their mistake and gave us an extra room to fit our party. But to even ask us to pay for another room is unacceptable. The sales guy at the front made it impossible for us to say No to Another Blue Green presentation Jeez! They don’t listen!!"

"We spent 4 nights here for my 40th birthday. We understood that it was just purchased by BlueGreen and is up and running, but it will be renovated. The rooms were nice with a nice bathroom and walk-in shower. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows almost seemed too soft. The staff is friendly, and they even have a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, good for those cold days walking down the strip. They also have valet that are very helpful and fast upon retrieval. Close to many things to do. While we were here, the Tennessee Titans were at home versus the Carolina Panthers just a few blocks away. They also had the Nashville Predators against the Pittsburgh Penguins a couple of nights later. The bars were busy, and food in the area was delicious."

"Overall the Nashville location is very nice. Although no renovations have begun, the rooms were clean and very nice. I understand that Bluegreen has great plans for the renovations. I'll have to come back and visit once completed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Parking rates are always going to be an issue at these downtown hotels Bluegreen has. I did enjoy my visit to Nashville. Hadn't been to downtown Nashville in over 15 years."

"Had horrible experience this weekend although yes I am responsible for leaving money in one of the drawers. However I checked out day prior few hrs after realizing it I called was told that the room was cleaned and money was not reported. It's sad that an employee would steal money which was significant amount."
