"Located across from baggage claim of the BNA Nashville International Airport. The BNA HILTON is steps away. I walked into the lobby and was greeted with smiles. I stayed on the 5th floor with a view of the tarmac. To my surprise I could not hear the planes land or takeoff, thus enjoying the view in peace. Dinner for me that night (March 4th) was at one of the restaurant’s located at the hotel. The Aviators- service was impeccable and dinner was delicious!!!! I ordered the Lamb Lollipops with a small side salad. It must be said that the lollipops was the BEST I have ever had. I Topped dinner off with a glass of Cab and I was a happy camper. From dinner I went up to the Sky Pavilion , roof top bar to take in the view. You know those tings mama never told you about cuz she thought you had to experience it yourself? This is one of those places!Instead of sitting inside at the bar of the Sky Pavilion I opted to sit on the open patio. From the patio I could the see Nashville’s skyline as well as the tarmac. It was breathtaking to say the least."
"Bad experience call March 2, 2024. the person who answers the calls Hilton BNA location. very rude and thanks to the way she made me feel afraid of the way she spoke, I think it was the best thing not to give this location the opportunity of my work experience. I hope they improve their staff because it leaves a lot between employees"

"Place just opened this week. Has that new carpet smell. Went up to the 10th floor bar and bartenders were learning the new cocktails. Really nice space with outdoor areas. Outside on the other side of the bar has 3 TVs mounted to the wall. Great views looking over the airport towards Nashville and surrounding communities. Restaurant downstairs was well staffed. Waiters were waiting for customers. Front desk staff were very polite. Meeting rooms and ballroom look very nice. Everything has a nice aviation theme to it."
