"We needed a safe and comfortable location off the interstate for the evening. We were greeted by staff who were very friendly and quickly located our reservation. The room was comfortable and had the appropriate amenities as well as very clean. Can't say enough good things about this hotel as we felt very safe staying at this location for the night."

"Please beware if even thinking to stay here. I made a reservation for this hotel due to close proximity to the airport, just for a few hours a rest after a redeye flight. Even though my reservation had been confirmed via email AND by phone call less than 24 hours prior, upon arrival, I was told my reservation could not be honored and another one could not be made. It had been canceled (not by me) with no ability to make another (even though they had rooms available!?!?!). Instead, I was left with no room, no options, no sleep from the previous night, no transportation by airport on 15-degree day. I will never trust any systems within Red Roof network again. Thank you for nothing."

"Looked all over Nashville for reasonably priced room near NYE. We decided to just stay here and wow. Our king room was clean and roomy (except the bathroom, teeny). Bedding was comfy and clean. We had 2nd floor but there's an elevator to haul stuff up with. Check in was efficient and pleasant. There's a lot of noise from the lot and the place is busy. The airport is right here too. It didn't bother us but if you're a super light sleeper it could be an issue. They're a little stingy with the towels and we didn't feel like chasing an extra towel down. Overall, this was a great place to stop and affordable. Recommended if your on the fence about where to go."

"I didn't even have the chance to stay. I requested a simple request to remove the toiletries from room, not to spray air freshener and possible to clean with vinegar for me due to my legally recognized disability :severe hyperosmia and they totally refused! We had other hotel chains accommodating us with no issues but very disappointed about this location and ended up cancelling our booking when we found another hotel willing to do so."

"Great location, airport shuttle available, next to several fast food and fast casual restaurants and gas stations. They have a coffee bar. The room was decent. They have odd number rooms on one side of the building and even on the opposite. The bathroom needed to be swept and the tub had a great deal of someone else’s hair remaining. The building and grounds are well maintained. There are several picnic tables, a gazebo and I counted 3 pet waste stations. I observed there are several bird’s nests in the decking and a staff member was cleaning the waste from the deck. I was impressed by this attention to detail."
