Conrad Nashville

"The Conrad saved our trip to Nashville! We are a family of four and we came in extra late from the airport. The front desk manager took us in without us having previous reservations. He got care us checked in very promptly. From there everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. The doorman Edwin was extra sweet to our boys and even brought them toys he got on his own! The concierge also gave them teddy bears! We felt so spoiled and would stay there again if we come back to visit Nashville."

"We stayed here the night of our wedding. Upon entering the room, we realized we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was phenomenal. The doorman downstairs was the absolute sweetest and always took care of us. This really was a stunning hotel and we will be back. They were having a video shot there so when we went ot eat at the restaurant the next morning, service was not great. We understood they were a bit short staffed due to the video shoot. Our waitress wasn't rhe best, in general, had a bit of an annoyance in her tone but overall it was fine. I'm sure service in the restaurant is usually up to par. This was just a one off experience."

"The hotel is a part of the Hilton chain and offers spacious rooms with tasteful decor and exceptional room service from accommodating staff. The lobby is also excellent. A most when visiting Nashville. I did not get to experience the restaurants, but they seem to offer great food."

"I had a great stay at the Conrad and Nashville. I showed up earlier than expected based on a last-minute flight and they were able to have my room ready by 11 AM far exceeding my expectations. Outside bar was the perfect temperature for drink with friends. Drink prices outside were not crazy for Nashville bars. Hotel gym was larger than normal and actually had usable machines and weights for a real workout. Only complaint I had was when I walked next-door by the gas station on my way home I was asked for change multiple times, sometimes aggressively. it seemed sketchy and was not a place to go to at night. This is not the hotel‘s fault so more of a recognition to avoid the gas station and area directly to the right of the hotel. I will come back the next time in Nashville."

"Upon checking in, we loved the look and vibe of the hotel. When we checked in, we specifically requested a bath tub as that was the treat and the part of the experience my husband was wanting to ensure I enjoyed the most. Upon checking in I went to inspect the bathroom and saw the tub had bugs in it (see photo). I overlooked it because it was such a beautiful bathroom but then…when I cleaned the tub and finally was trying to fill it, we realized it didn’t have a stopper. We called down to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come check on it. Maintenance confirmed it was missing a stopper and the front desk said all they could do was offer us another room and we would have to move (mind you this was Past 10:30 at night). We had asked if they could just bring a stopper from another room and they said we had to move. After we had gotten settled in the room (and had turn down service - which was much appreciated!). I let the front desk know we were very disappointed at this inconvenience and the next day when we checked out, no one asked us how our experience was. On top of that, I filled out the hotels online survey with my dissatisfaction at their lack of care with checking the rooms standards (as other reviewers have mentioned) and requested to be contacted but no one did. As a gold member with lots of hotel options to choose from, I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and care. The hotel itself had wonderful food and was comfortable but I expect more from this tier of hotel."
