"First time visit to this location for a stay in Nashville and our stay could not have been more enjoyable. When dropping off our bags as we arrived early in the day, Jonathan kindly met us as we arrived and assisted us in securing our bags as we set out for a day in the city and helped us in doing the same this morning before we left. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Johnny Cash Museum and restaurant as well the Bridgestone Arena and all the venues on Broadway. Kelcy greeted us at the front desk when we checked in later in the day and warmly greeted us each day as we came and went about our activities. She even retrieved the Yeti tumbler I left in our room today and passed it on to my friends to return to me. The room was perfect for our ladies trip. Two queen beds and a comfortable sitting area made it ideal for our stay. The room was very clean and we had ample towels to share between the four of us. The great location and helpful and friendly staff make it just the perfect place to stay in town. We’d definitely recommend staying here for those visiting Nashville."

"Our stay was great! We chose this hotel due too location not amenities. The downside is that parking is an extra fee weather u choose valet or self park. Our valet was Jonathon who more than made up for the price of parking. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is very kind and informative. You can tell he enjoys his job."

"The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, and always friendly! We got married and they made sure our stay was extra special with "just married" signs and extra goodies in our room! We love this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Nashville! It's always our #1 go to!! Valet was always quick to retrieve out vehicle!"

"My family and I have stayed here a handful of times now over the past 5 years, and there’s a reason we keep returning. Service and staff are and have always been great. Rooms and amenities are top notch. This most recent time was no different, despite the construction going on inside. The standout this time, and the reason for this review, is the valet service we received. Sonny & Divine met us upon arrival and were extremely courteous and helpful, despite the rush they were experiencing at the time. Upon our departure, Jonathan was patient and kind while being approached by multiple parties, and not only handled each request in a timely manner, but I watched from a distance as he went above and beyond for additional guests seeking help, all while getting each vehicle to their respective patrons expediently and politely pausing to answer every request along the way. Bravo, Hyatt Place, and please give those individuals the credit they deserve."

"The hotel was great! Sonny was awesome. Friendly and helpful in the valet. Definitely upgrade for the late check out. It’s worth the $35. They let us check out at 4pm. Do helpful for with our late flight! Upgrades to the breakfast room and bar is under construction but I am sure it will be great!"
