"Good location, friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They need soft closed doors. The door slammers are extremely annoying! My biggest complaint is they charge you $10 for parking on the hotel lot! That's absurd. I never had to pay that, and I never will in the future. I will choose another hotel, strictly out of principle!"

"Stayed here a few times, nothing special but the rooms have been consistently clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. This is one of the safer hotels to stay at in the area, it’s a little bit farther away from the homeless encampments so you won’t have to be too concerned about car getting broken into like others nearby."

"One ply toilet paper, you can do better. But minor maintenance stuff like shower door handle falling off, screws poking out of the handles in the drawers, holes in the wall by the toilet roll. Room 323 . Well lit parking lot, no trailer parking available so you got to park on the street if you have a trailer. Okay breakfast, but the breakfast area definitely needs a major cleanup. Limited seating area. Front desk folks at check-in were incredibly awesome. We would stay here again, you get what you pay for for this price. Not a bad hotel, step up from a motel 6."

"I am dissatisfied with the staff, especially the lady handling breakfast service. During check-in, we were not offered water bottles, and since it was Christmas and all shops were closed, this was inconvenient. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast experience. The lady in charge of breakfast displayed rudeness, and items were not replenished promptly. On one occasion, there were no eggs and bacon available throughout our time in the breakfast area. In a specific instance, when there were only two slices of bread left, I requested a refill for my family of three. However, the lady insisted on waiting until the tray was empty. We took the two slices to expedite the process, but the bread was only refilled after approximately 7-8 minutes. The breakfast experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and the service from the lady was unacceptable."

"An okay hotel to stay but I won’t come back. When on a schedule and they state breakfast is served at 530am I plan around that. I was there at 530am for breakfast and there was no eggs or bacon out. I was understanding being it just opened. But 15 min later still no eggs or bacon. I asked the lady if they were serving them she stated “it’s in the oven”. It’s 6am now 30 min after opening and I was concerned how long it was going to take. So I asked how long and she said “when it’s ready” very rude while sitting on her phone. Here it’s now 45 min later no eggs or bacon so yeah don’t depend on breakfast like they stated!!! I was upset at how she responded. I mean I understand times are tough people run behind etc. But damn you put the food in the oven and last time I checked when I cooked i knew how long it takes!!! Time to replace her with someone that at least has respect and common courtesy!!"
