"I cannot give less than star for a company that know strives more in making profit than our health. The entire Healthcare system is broken I ended up here because I declined my services with Vanderbilt. I got setup my appointment and when I received the call for that, I asked how much is my copay? I could not get that answer, they said they needed to figure out that part later, since now when you come they expect you to sign a sheet with estimate amounts even when you tell them what your insurance actually covers they do debate you because you are to be an ignorant. And you are not to understand how insurances work they can charge you whatever they want. Then they proceed to take forever to mail a bill, when I scanned the QR code it did not work, so I tried to setup an account which it took a long while and to my surprise, all my information is wiped out so where is the transparency then? I called Premier, I spoke with a representative for over an hour and attempted to make a payment then she decided she cannot take my payment and sent my call to another department or that'swhay she said, Frost-Arnett Company was the other department whoever answered the phone told me I was setup. Got my bill in December and sent to collections in January without notice. And all this for trying to pay my bill."
"The people who work at this location are very helpful. The bumbling idiots who do their billing should be arrested-except they are not in this country apparently. The only bill we get from these people are from Frost Arnett; a collections agency. The bills we get from the collections company are for 2 reasons; 1. They make up extra charges after we pay our copays and have our testing done. They don't send an invoice for these false charges. In one instance they created a fictitious bill for me, never sent an invoice and sent it to Frost Arnett. When I called our insurance company to report them for insurance fraud, I was told that they had never filed a claim with the insurance provider for the testing that was done. 2. Yesterday, my wife called them to make sure she had no outstanding invoices due. Why? She had testing done by them and never received the invoice. She paid her copay at the time of the testing. The remainder of the testing fee should have been paid by the insurance company. The person she was speaking with told her that she could take a payment for the fraudulent balance due. Then she transferred her to someone who could actually take the payment; Guess who? Frost Arnett Collections. We all know that dealing with medical billing is a nightmare. I wonder how many illnesses are related to the stress and worry associated with the relentless attacks of crooked, lying, cheating, scamming, medical service providers? Premier Radiology says they are one of the leaders in their industry. Which industry? Medical testing? Or lying, cheating and stealing?"
"Staff on site is great - their billing system is terrible. It took 11 months to get a refund where they overcharged me. Their billing is outsourced overseas so it's impossible to get help locally. Each month/call, I was told they were "expediting" the payment, but that wasn't true. Meanwhile, I got "final efforts to collect" on a 2 month old invoice that was well under what they owed me. It was extremely frustrating. A quick google search shows this delayed refund practice is extremely common."
"Pet scan place in Lebanon (went 3 times) was very rude and not helpful, I am in Wheelchair and need assistance and they didn’t care and were just plain rude. Went to Premier in Mt Juliet and they are wonderful. Quick, easy very pleasant and helpful. Been there many times now and will keep going back for all my scans."
"I got a bill that I needed help with since it was wrong. Absolutely no communication from Jessica, the clinic manager for the Mt Juliet location. Waited 2 weeks and no uodate from her. Bill is due in 3 days. I am done with Premier Radiology & will go somewhere else in the future. Kirsten at the Mt Juliet clinic was very helpful. I had to go by there in person twice and she tried her best to help me. Unfortunately, the manager, who told me she would fix it, did not even bother to return my calls to give me an update. I work in the medical field and this is not how you treat your patients. I will have to pay the bill & move on."
