"If I could give 0 stars I would. Our beds were literally disgusting, absolutely stained. Our bathroom was also very gross, the toilet seat being stained and unclean. There is blood, piss and unknown stains on these sheets. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the beds just the sickeningly stained mattress cover. Idk how they have 4 stars when this is absolutely ridiculous, literally so disgusting. I can’t imagine coming here with kids. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and was told nothing was available. When I told the front desk lady our room was nasty she was rude and didnt offer any help. I asked for new sheets and was given them but honestly it’s the whole room and bed not even just the sheets. They do not offer refunds also. Do not stay here."
"The only thing good about this place is the location and it’s not even the best area. The entire room was disgusting. The bed sheets and comforter was stained, the pillows were flat and stained. The seal around the door was broken in several places letting bugs and hot air in. The bathroom shower was dirty as well as stool being in the toilet. Also, construction across the parking lot started at 7am. No warning about that going on. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here unless you’re completely okay with staying in filth. I wish I had gotten more photos but I was ready to get the heck out of there."
"The place was clean and useful for a place to stay. My only complaint is the blatant refusal to let me get an extra towel and the fact that she lied to me and said they didn't have any.. my wife called the desk and had to pressure them to provide one.. Its a wonder how she miraculously had another one all of the sudden after lying to me.. Thanks for nothing (insert derogatory name here)."
"Plumbing was backed up when we first entered the room , lights dont work , and not a good part or town. Should have been a $50 room.1 wash rag 2 towels 1 little bar of soap,no shampoo no coffee .a little afraid to try the heater"
