"Worst hotel I've stayed at. So dirty, broken items. Horrible bed. Ded bugs everywhere. Other people's hair on the bed, in the bathroom it was overall a very horrible experience. I do not recommend anyone stay here ever. Only decent thing was restaurant located directly next door The lost Paddy."

"Very gross room, I checked in and 10 mins after I checked out. The room was very gross, the door didn’t shut, there was mold, hair, possibly blood, in the bathroom and room and trash under the bed. Dead bugs, the tv remote was lot work, the floor was sticky. Etc. I wouldn’t recommend!"

"Rooms are decent, location great. Sure would have liked for the staff to direct us to our room by CAR! Instead she directed us to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs, behind her, then walk over 3 buildings! when we could HAVE DRIVEN THERE! After a long flight, we were exhausted! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF to direct their guests to their room with the MOST DIRECT ROUTE!!"

"Staff was accommodating. However, the first room we were given had black mold on the floor boards, Ceiling, Door frame, and shower floor. The room also had a foul musty odor. We told the front desk and they were helpful and provided another room. The new room had less of a foul odor and less mold in the room/ walls but sadly had more mold located around the edges of the shower. We quickly checked out after checking in and they couldn’t provide me with a refund. I was told to call when a manager is around to dispute my issue, it has been 6 days later and have not spoken to a manager despite calling everyday and leaving voicemails & emails"

"If you’re considering staying here in Nashville, please reconsider. Check-in was fine, but when we arrived at the room the remote doesn’t do much for the TV which made staying entertained nearly impossible, there were bugs crawling on the wall and a dead cockroach behind the TV. The towels had pubic hair embedded in them like the washer did not get the previous guests hair out and instead the dryer “baked” the hair into the towel. There was an ironing board but no iron. The bed definitely is not a queen size. There was loud Spanish music all day from a neighboring apartment complex which did not stop until the late night hours. Called to get a new towel but was asked to go get it myself which I couldn’t do since I just got out of the shower and did not want to use the nasty towels that we were provided. I called the front desk about the remote but was not given a solution. Complained at checkout and the GM initially put the blame on me for not asking to move rooms. Said he would give me a call back before checking me out, attempted to charge my card without calling as he said he would. Ended up charging the full amount despite the issues. Even attempted to charge my card for another $50 this morning for some reason. GM will not call us back as promised. Staff is clueless and rude when you call. I checked out yesterday and I’m still dealing with this joke of a hotel. Only plus is that it is close to the interstate. Definitely not worth $250 for 2 nights."
