Quality Inn Kingston Springs

"Dirty bedding with blood stains. Greasy head residue on headboard. Lamp shades are old, dingy, dusty & falling apart. Ironing board has blood stains on it. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, other side was empty. Water damage seeping thru wall paper. Had to sleep in our clothes and would not dare take a shower or use the coffee pot. 0 stars!! Disgusting!"

"Adequate room, for some reason it was missing night stands besides the bed, no tissues in tissue box at the sink. The truck stop next door made lots of noise all night long, and got much worse about 5 AM. I would not stay here again. I did learn that you need to took at the neighboring businesses if you want a good night sleep. Google maps showed this for 69 dollars and we paid over 100. We were mislead. And hopefully you don't want to use the swimming pool It has been turned into a wetland!"

"I’ve never stayed in a place that was disgusting and filthy. We slept in our clothes because the bedding was soiled. It looked as if someone had Peed in the bed or maybe threw up. The bathroom door would not shut when it had a hole in it like someone put their fist through it. I went to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies and told the manager that it was dirty and our room and never offered to have room service come help me clean it. There were cars coming and going all night long. They would park in front of our room and walk up the stairs and then 30 minutes later come down and leave. It was as if they were doing business upstairs. The breakfast was definitely minimal. So don’t count on eating anything if you’re very hungry. They did have coffee. There is a no refund policy. Otherwise we would have immediately turned around and left. It was a long drive home, and all we needed was a quiet place to take a nap for a few hours that night. You can see the photos if you’re interested in seeing where we slept and what the room looked like. The furniture was busted. The chair look like a rat has been eating on it. It was the most disgusting place we have ever seen."

"Was so impressed!! safe place and we did not expect such great clean wonderful room for that cheap price. This was the best priced and the best hotel we stayed at for our entire vacation trip. We would defiantly stay again for sure."

"Our room was reserved ahead of time for just short of 6 weeks, 2 adults with 2 kids and 2 dogs. When we arrived, the reservation wasn't in the system, and the gentleman was extremely rude. The quoted price was much higher, and the pet fee was much higher than stated. We were then told that because of the dogs, we could not stay there for such a long stay. We stayed a few nights until we could find something much more suitable. The room was terrible and smelled horrible. When taking a shower, it filled up and wouldn't drain because there was so much hair left in the drain from previous people. Overall, we would not stay here again."
