Studio 154 Luxury Hotel

"My family and I decided to take a weekend trip to Nashville for my sister’s birthday. We booked a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds as there were 4 adults in our room. A few hours before arriving we got a call stating that the room they were going to put us in had a leak and that they would give us a second room to stay in. However this second room only had one king size bed and a pullout couch (keep in mind that room was priced less than the room we booked). We didn’t think much of it. However, we got back to the room and the leak was not just a small drip it was a constant flow out of the ceiling and onto the bed. I called again asking if they could do something about it, but was met with a very rude response. The expectation from the virtual concierge was that the one bed in the room would still be usable for two people and the other two people in our party could stay in the additional room with the king bed. We paid over $600 for two nights at this hotel. We wanted it to be a nice experience and it was far from relaxing. Our room was dirty from the water leaking in and smelled. When I called again asking about some sort of reimbursement from our awful experience the lady on the phone was rude and condescending. Stay very very very far from this place. I don’t think it was legal for us to be staying in a room where there was an active leak coming from a hole in the ceiling. There were no safety measures to ensure that the leak was rainwater or sewer water, or to check the integrity of the roof/ceiling. I know nobody came to look at the leak as they stated there was nobody to come and look or fix the leak. Here are pictures below. You can see the hole in the ceiling."

"Great rooms, very quite and comfortable. You never see the staff, but that was fine, we didn't need to see them. You can't beat the location. You can walk to everything downtown. If you are driving in expect some difficulty navigating downtown Nashville and parking is not cheap."

"Studio 154 is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like broadway, printers alley, and many great resturants and shops. The hotel itself is impeccably clean with luxurious rooms and common areas. And let me tell you about their rooftop deck! It's a breathtaking oasis with stunning views. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset, the rooftop deck provides a serene and picturesque experience. It's definitely a must-visit spot!"

"Location was perfect and close to everything downtown. Access was easy and communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The suite was clean, spacious, and perfect for our bachelorette trip. Although it’s close to everything, it was not noisy at all when we wanted it to be. Since we were traveling, we opted for the bachelorette package and they DELIVERED! The decorations were ready to go when we checked in and took so much stress out of the bachelorette planning process. They even went so far as to track down a package of supplies that I had shipped that was delivered to the wrong address. Haley and her team are the best!"

"We really enjoyed the security to get to your room. The location was nice. The floors in our room were super dirty. Overall we enjoyed it, until I received my final bill and was charged for the mini bar that we did not use. When I called to explain that we used nothing the lady said there was nothing she could do since "that was what was reported to her." The hotel itself is already overpriced and then I get charged for things that I didn't use. We will not be coming back."
