"When we arrived Cayce was so pleasant. She upgraded our room to a suite. It was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the employee there was so sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. This was our 4th time at this location in 4yrs. Great value for Nashville."
"My family of 5 stayed here overnight, as a rest point, on our summer vacation in August 2023. Pool was clean, rooms were clean, staff was kind, breakfast was....AMAZING! The lady singing "hotcakes, hotcakes get em' while they're hot, Hot cakes, hot cakes you will like em' a lot" was kind and helpful to my children and very attentive. We now sing this tune on the regular. We will be back just because of her."

"Rooms and hotel were nice. Clean. Service had much to be desired. Front desk clerk at check-in made me feel as though I was interrupting her personal cell phone conversation. When I went back to ask about breakfast, she was still on her phone and when my husband returned the luggage cart and bought drinks, it was the same. Extremely unprofessional."
"It was perfectly wonderful as we traveled through. Room amazing. I have felt one thing hotels miss is having hooks or pegs for jackets as you come into the room... well, here they are!! It was great! Also enjoyed the chase. We also arrived over the holiday, and the front desk helped us find delivery for dinner. Loved our stay and the service we received. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch. I am planning to make this our stay as we make our trip from texas to Indiana annually."
