"Ladies at front desk are beyond rude. One actually had the audacity to give my husband a dirty look when he requested someone to check faucet in shower. Bathroom was so dirty. Dust, dirt, hair from many people before us. I did not feel well so figured if they allow such a practice, how can they be reasoned with. I am amazed that this even occurred. How does a hotel not clean their bathrooms? The room is old and the furniture could use an overhaul. Room by pool very noisy. Another guest scared us in the middle of the night banging on the door. Clearly at wrong room and not the fault of the hotel, but just another thing to go wrong. Breakfast was nice, the men working there were polite, the pressure in the shower was great although that does not make up for the dirt and Samuel at front is a very nice and professional young man. Otherwise, it is not a place to rest your head. I see they send a generic apology to some on the site but clearly management and some of the staff need to be fired. Arrogant and unprofessional."

"For an affordable hotel this place wowed me. Staff friendly. Rooms and all other amenities clean. Breakfast was even good. Very pleased with our stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms were very dated and bathrooms moldy and greatly in need of renovation. The mattresses were very hard. The front door wouldn't lock when closed. There were smokers all around, making it an unpleasant walk anywhere on the property. I was concerned about our safety with the type of people that were staying at this establishment. Very shady. My teenaged daughters found hair in the breakfast. The front desk lied to me. They told me I would be refunded the parking fees for the entire stay, since I planned to depart a day early. When I saw my statement was incorrect I phoned them and they were extremely unpleasant."

"Stayed her for 2 nights. The location is absolutely wonderful! Plenty to do on a strip right across the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and super great with our children, they were very nice and as a mother I liked that. We came during the snow storm so it was a little different than a normal stay, I personally did not enjoy having to walk a flight up to our room especially while it was slippery, but the staff had the stairs completely cleared of ice within a few hours which was great. The rooms are super small, but it was okay. Everything was clean, there was a slight cleaning smell but I personally just don’t like some scents. The breakfast was good, and our water warmed up fast. Overall not bad at all for a couple nights but it wouldn’t be my first choice if we were staying longer."

"Great location. Our room sucked. Was kinda clean at the best. The door had a half gap between the door and the frame. The bathroom was not really cleaned before our check-in. We were planning on staying three nights, and we checked out after one. The overall hotel is in need of an update. The breakfast looked good, but we just had juice and coffee. The Choice Hotel app is your way to check in. The app said $139. a night, the front desk said 139 for Friday, but Saturday was $199 a night. When I mentioned this, they said, "Oh well, it's $199. If you're going to stay here, book your room through the app, not at the front desk."
