"Parking charge of 40.00 per night; does not clean/service rooms without a specific call to the front desk if staying multiple nights; cleaning staff didn't completely service rooms (did not restock coffee supplies and cups, etc.); right across the street from a strip club; had to call security for what appeared to be a domestic abuse issue in the room next door (on a Sunday night); would not recommend this hotel... First three days of stay here we had to go back down to the front desk each day and get our room keys reprogrammed (huge inconvenience after a long day in Nashville). There are much better places to stay in Nashville even though this is a new hotel. Would not recommend this place until mgmt figures things out and retrains staff."

"New hotel in Midtown. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Great drinks and live music. The outside area of the bar has seating and heaters to make it more comfortable. Rooms were clean and the hotel entry is very cool with Nashville tile work art and another bar area that also serves breakfast. Hannah was working breakfast the day we left and has a great personality, spent some time talking with us and was very quick to take our order and anything else we needed. Don't miss Corks and Dorks next door. A massive selection of beer, wine and spirits."

"We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel. It is new and the rooms are beautiful and feel quite spacious. What we most appreciated while staying here was the amazing staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. The valet parking attendant took great care of our brand new vehicle and was eager to help us with anything we required. Would highly recommend."

"I had the pleasure of meeting up with some friends at the lobby bar and the service was amazing, great drinks and the wings were top notch. Brody was our bartender and he was great from the first greeting until we left. Very warm, inviting and he is very knowledgeable of the area and the city. A hotel guest came down to grab a drink and go back to her room but we were all having a great time that she decided to stay and engage with all of us and Brody. Thank you Brody we will all be back."
