"We visited the showroom multiple times in search for the perfect sectional. The team was helpful they matched any of Bassett's promotions on their products. The delivery was easy and we are thrilled with our new sectional, ottoman and barstool."
"Unfortunately, we have experienced an issue while trying to cancel an order within 5 hours of placing and paying for it. The manager has indicated he would charge a 35% restocking fee although no delivery or pick up was ever made. As of this writing no credit of any amount has been made to our credit card. In my opinion this appears to be an abusive interpretation of their cancelation policy."
