"Had an appointment at 9:30am (which I called and confirmed with Brian the day before). After a 45 minute drive, I arrived at 9:10am and the office was closed, despite the posted hours being 8am-5pm. I called the office multiple times and got their voicemail. Finally left at 9:40am without the MRI. No one from the Office called or made any attempt to contact me about the office being closed. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this office. I would NOT recommend."

"Been sitting in my truck since 7:45am waiting for them to open at 8am, guy didn’t show up until 8:15am walked past and looked at me, opened the door, walk in, and locked it behind him. Haven’t seen anyone else come to the front and unlock the door. I called twice and straight to a recording machine. Waited till 9am and still nothing. Waste of my time."
