"I wish I could give them a zero star. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to ask about a bill. Today, I was hung up on three different times (and spent 25+ minutes on hold over these times."

"Do not use any location! They will miscode whatever is ordered. Still have representation going after them. They have conceded to errors and miscoding on their part. Thieves."

Now I’m getting constant emails from care payment credit for this balance I shouldn’t even have. Horrible customer service. Horrible company."

"I recently found out (on my own) that I was sent to collections by this company. I never received any type of billing notification in the mail or by phone. I spoke with someone over the phone that gave me dates that they sent out statements, but again I never received anything nor had a clue that I even owed them anything. I just found out about being sent to collections on 7/18/2021 and the appointment that is related to this lab was back in June 2020. Would not recommend this company at all."
