"My wife is disabled. Labcorp advertises in home blood sampling. I tried to make an appointment at their web-site (designed by an 8th grader for a homework assignment) and needed to input lab order. I only had a reference number from the doctor. No place to input that number, no place to refer to the doctor. Site says pick a later time - SAME Result! An infinite loop regression. F for the 8th grader on the homework!"
"EXCELLENT !! Callondoc sent request to Labcorp Spring Hill - setup appointment thru Labcorp website - Received * QR CODE * - SWIPED PHONE with QR PICTURE AT KIOSK... ALL CONFIRMED - check in for 1:30 appt was at 1: 22... called back at 1:34 OUT THE DOOR AT 1:36 !!! ** VERY IMPRESSIVE ** !!!"
"This location is inside the walk-in clinic, but signage is prominent and staff are helpful. Showed up at 4:40 for a pre-employment drug screen (info in my paperwork said it was open til 5.) Checked in at the kiosk but there were no appointments available, even tho the website said walk-ins were ok. Talked to staff (I didn’t get his name) and he squeezed me in so I didn’t have to miss more work tomorrow. Really grateful. The tech taking my sample was friendly and gave great directions. Would have been 5 stars if the info I was given had the correct info for hours/appointments."
