"Cancer patient with a port. Noone looked at the card. Couldn't access the port. Made no concessions to all rules of no clothing. For partially paralyzed patient. Put in room too small for help in getting undressed. Put in an IV with needle too small for next testing and let me leave with IV uncapped! I won't come back!"
"I hate when I get scheduled here and I need to remember to always cancel if neurology sends me here. Usually the waiting room is packed beyond capacity. Last time I had my MRI a woman was waiting in the procedure waiting room when I went in and was still waiting in her hospital gown 45 minutes after I got out. The machines are old and feel so dirty. The people running the machines are never very nice like they are in the actual hospital. When I got there they said my bill was $400 but was actually $1,300 - that is a huge number to vary by - just don't even estimate if you are going to be that wrong."
"Once you get past the front desk, everything is wonderful. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude, an unprofessional. Made me sit outside in the heat because I cannot wear a mask. Rudely told me I would have to wear it in the back while testing was been done. I did not. The nursing staff was excellent and understanding. The front desk hatefulness gives a very bad first impression."
