"Unfortunately not a great experience with an incompetent receptionist/scheduler. My father had labs and xray ordered today. There was an hour wait in labs so we went to xray to sneak that in. The receptionist told us there is no wait and to go back to labs. It would be no more than 10-15 to get into xray. Went back to labs and waited our hour. Once done, came back to xray and was told by the same person unfortunately we have an hour wait. Why do you think I came down to check the wait in xray? To facilitate/coordinate for myself. Very very poor customer experience Premier. Very disappointing."

"THANK you Hillary!! The time i walked in she made the pain go away. She was very pleasant and she brought me snacks while we waited for the MD. My cousin said you were very nice. Thank you for going through what was going to be Biopsied."

"I was told by the lady at the front desk that my scan would be partially covered by my insurance and I would only have to pay $50. That turned out to be false. My insurance company told me that the only way to know if a particular code is covered is by actually calling them. Of course, the lady at the front desk didn’t call to check. Now I have a collection agency calling me for a little less than $400. Thanks for lying to me."

"Since I have had scans at multiple locations at Premier this location is the only one that accepts my insurance and they are awesome. Super friendly staff and the techs are wonderful people. Highly recommend them..!!!"

"Oh my God these people are terrible. The girl at the front desk is only fluent in Ebonics and don’t get me started on the wait. If you have a 2:30 appointment, you’re told to arrive 30 mins before to allow for in processing. Ok no problem, maybe we’ll be in and out. Nope. Better pack a sack lunch because, even with 5 people in the entire waiting room you’ll be there for 2 hours before seeing anyone. What’s the point of having an appointment?!?!? This place is a great example of why I don’t go to the doctors office for ANYTHING anymore. On a side note, I saw 4 techs come out to the waiting room to restock the Dr Pepper and Fanta, so good news, you’ll grow a beard while waiting but have plenty of diabetes water. I’m still here while you’re reading this!!!"
