"It is very difficult to get these people on the phone. I finally received a callback, and the call died just as I was starting to talk to them, and they did not even try to call me back. They clearly have very little interest in doing anything but the bare minimum to perform procedures and collect money."
"Was scheduled for a 7:45 a.m. appointment. Drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there and arrived 10 minutes early. Signed in and waited. And waited. And waited. After 45 minutes, I inquired about why I wasn't being seen when people with appointments after mine were. Turned out that, despite confirming my appointment the day before, they didn't have a tech to do the procedure. They were apologetic, but this is unacceptable. As soon as they realized the tech wasn't there, someone should have come and told me. I wasted personal time from work, not to mention the inconvenience of making a 2.5 hour total round trip for no reason. I'll be rescheduling, but not here. Very unprofessional."
"I had a pretty good experience here. The receptionist where friendly and respectful to me. The cost was not bad at all. The lady doing the actual procedure was nice. I only waited about 35 min after my appointment time, not too bad. And, the cost was only 50 dollars to check my heart as just a preventative measure for any unforseen medical issues. Overall it was a great experience. Those chairs in the waiting room were comfy enough to take home...js"
