"We bought our sleep number bed and we love it! It tells your heart rate variable or HRV. It tells how well you slept between 1 and 100. It tells how many breaths you take in a minute. You can make it as soft or as hard as you want the mattress to be. It reclines up and down at the head and at the foot of the bed. We love it!!! Sometimes my husband will call me, laughing and say get off my side of the bed. Lol, it's great!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service company I have ever seen. They will happily take your money at the time of purchase, but will never actually deliver your product. They give you excuses to keep pushing back the delivery date, for MONTHS, until you cancel your order. Then, they want to charge you again for “return” of the product. No apologies, no sympathy. They simply do not care about their customers, AT ALL. Do NOT waste your time or money."
