"Osteria Bella is adjacent to Bella Trattoria. I'm not sure of the distinction between the two, but both dining rooms share a menu that serves excellent food. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place. I can't wait to share it with another friend. March 2024: I have eaten here a number of times. The food, staff and atmosphere never disappoint."

"I have been living in the neighborhood for 3 years but only went to Osteria bella/Bella trattoria for the first time last night. I am Italian and I have been disappointed by Italian restaurants in SF so many times that I was avoiding them. However, my Neapolitan mom came to visit, and since she was home sick, I thought about giving a try to Osteria bella: what a genius idea! Everything was absolutely delicious and the all staff was so kind! My mom had the artichokes: very tasty! I had the “maccurun ca salsiccia” (macaroni with meat sausage): a delight! My toddler loved it too and ate half of my plate! My husband had the “gnocchi al ragu” and was absolutely happy about it. All the dishes were plenty/very generous with portions. The panna cotta and the tiramisu were the best I ever had! Cocktails, antipasti, and bread were so good too! I will definitely go back. My plan is to try everything on the menu! Gianluca was incredibly adorable from A to Z. He took great care of my mom and was speaking Neapolitan to her. She was so happy about the food and the atmosphere! Everybody was so friendly and making everything easy for my old mom and my baby! Graz’ assaï Osteria bella! Best restaurant in town ever!"

"I made the reservation for our wedding anniversary dinner and wasn't too sure what to expect. The service was exceptional and the food was to die for. Everything tasted freshly made. And by far my favorite was the Panna Cotta, not too sweet with just the right touch or tart. Loved it so much, i totally forgot to take a picture of the desserts. I would definitely return and recommend 11/10"
