"The concessions menu included some drinks, two of them were out, candy, popcorn, nachos and two hot dogs. This was on a Saturday at 4:30 in the afternoon. So, more than half of what is on the menu as "staples" were not available. The teenager who was ringing me up said, "I'm sorry, but they're just not sending us stuff anymore." This is the last time I'll go to a Regal theater. If you're taking kids, make sure to take snacks with you!"
"The 5pm Saturday showing of Expendables was MTY. After seeing the movie I know Y. The lobby had no one else but us at the concession stand either. Looked clean everywhere though. My theater was nice, so was my seat."
"One major concern. While wheelchair accessible in the theaters all of the doors must be opened by hands and for someone who doesn't have use of hands or legs it doesn't help. In other WORDS, you need handicapp accessible DOORS people. How do you expect patrons to get in when they are in a wheelchair?"
"This is one of the worst theaters I've ever been in. Like many locations, you can no longer buy tickets at the box office, you have to purchase them at the kiosk or at concessions. Problem is, the kiosk wasn't working, and at this location you cannot purchase tickets at the concessions unless you're buying concessions as well. I was told this is a new rule that they have to follow. Since I couldn't use the kiosk due to it not working, and since I wasn't buying concessions, I was forced to buy my tickets online, while standing in the theater. When you buy them online you have to pay a convenience fee of $5... The theater rooms themselves are very small and unimpressive. The room we were in, they did not fully turn off the overhead lights until halfway through the movie, and one of the lights had a constant flickering problem. Apparently the management at this location are too lofty to speak to the customers themselves, because I was told that they didn't have time when I asked to speak to them. Most definitely will never return to this location."
"My family has always loved this theatre....we have always supported it. But..... Tonight was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. I realize they are understaffed but this was ridiculous. The staff was rude and took zero pride in working here. It was absolutely disgusting. The trash was piled up everywhere. The food was gross. Our drink was spilled by the employee and she didn't even acknowledge the fact and made no effort to help clean it up. There was still trash left from previous movies in our seats and floors. And, again...the staff treated us as if we were interupting their socializing. I LOVE THIS THEATRE.... I am truly saddened by this..."
