"Went twice wanted to make sure it wasn't me and perhaps a bad day. Wendy Powell did not listen to my needs. Provided incorrect information in my assessment. Prescribed meds that clearly were not for me. Did not provide correct instructions for one med. Front desk staff on phone and talking amongst themselves, did not acknowledge me. Went 2nd time, front desk staff still talking amongst themselves and not greeting anyone. Waited over 40 minutes, this time I got up and left. This was just my personal experience, but it was not a good one and I will not return to this location."

"Sanitas Medical Center my daughter visited the location 2382 N. Germantown Pkwy Suite 101! The young lady took my daughters drivers license and pretended to not know where it is! No one from the Medical Director *Ronan Lasso* to the Clinic Manager *Patricia Turner* has deemed it important enough to locate her lost ID! Members at the front desk *Aleexandria* told me I had to wait until someone returned from lunch. While *Mark/Marco* at least attempted to assist by looking! If you have a need as a BCBS member. Might I suggest you deal with an office who is integral and has a smidge of customer service and treat their patients better!"
