"If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. My daughter had her appointment for 3:30 today & the lady calls her at 10 after 3 & tells her they can’t do the ultrasound due to the system being down! She proceeded to tell her that she needed to contact them at a later date to see if it was up & working but she could get her in next Friday! Mind u, me & other family members take off work for this & can’t take off again!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I understand that things happen, but they could’ve worked her in sooner bc she cld go into to labor at any time now! This was a very bad 1st experience with this place & come to find out we were told by multiple people that they were turned down for the same reason! Seems like they need new equipment or a new tech bc this is just ridiculous. My daughter & her partner are tore up about this. We were all looking forward to seeing our sweet baby boy!"

"The people there are super nice but I paid $189 and didn't get any pictures. My daughters face was in the placenta. Not saying that is their fault but I feel as though they could have refunded me some amount for the fact we got 0 pictures."

"She is super nice and made it such a great experience for me and my wife! She was able to show us the gender of our baby pretty early and got plenty of pictures for us, along with a recording of the heartbeat! She may not be able to answer the phone every time that you call because when she is with someone doing the ultrasound she can't also answer the phone. It is worth leaving a message and having her call you back. I would recommend her to anyone and I am sure my wife and I will be back!"

"Where do I start... Sooo thankful for 4D Sneak Peek. The experience was AMAZING! I’m pretty sure from the moment we walked in until the time we left Ms. Donna had a smile on her face and I could tell that was exactly where she wanted to be. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I love how in detail the ultrasound was. She pointed out little toes, feet, arms... it was just an amazing experience for myself and my family. She was very patient being that the baby’s sex was hidden by legs and the umbilical cord. She made sure to get good photos of the ultrasound for us. Thank you so much and Donna!!"
